If we could break Google’s secret code, we could be in a position to get tons of traffic. All the search engines have their own methods or algorithms to rank web sites for positioning on their pages and they don’t want anyone to know what it is.
If you are not on the first page of Google and even then not in the first position you are losing out on lots of traffic and lots of sales. If you are ranked lower you will get some hits but the first position is gold. You need to optimize your web sites, Blogs and articles to give them the best chance of ranking well.
Keywords are very important in all this. You need to find the hottest keywords related to your site or product and put them to work for you. Do not use a general keyword such as “search engines”, find good keywords that are called long tail keywords that would be like “search engine secrets for more traffic.”
These long tail keywords would bring less traffic but it would be traffic that is more interested in what you have to offer. You want to get around the general visitors to your site that have no interest to buy and get those who are specifically looking for something you may have. Getting lots of traffic is great but if they are just window shopping it does you no good.
